Water reuse technology in food processing industry
1. The raw water first passes through a sedimentation tank to settle the larger organic particles (mainly starch and protein) in the wastewater, and then be recycled;
2. The effluent from the sedimentation tank flows into the regulating tank by itself,
3. After the water quality and quantity are stabilized, it is upgraded to the UASB reactor for anaerobic treatment;
4. The anaerobic effluent enters the secondary settling tank and then flows into the contact oxidation tank for aerobic treatment;
5. The effluent from the contact oxidation tank can be discharged up to the standard after being settled in the three sedimentation tank.
6. If reclaimed water needs to be reused and reaches the reuse standard, it needs to enter the RO equipment.
